About me
I am a self-taught artist, painter and photographer. I was born in Poznan, Poland in 1974, where I graduated from the University of Economics in 1998 with a degree in Business Management and found work in the advertising and marketing businesses. I continued to pursue my passion for art to become a full-time artist.
I have shaped my artistic DNA living and creating in London and Prague. My work has been exhibited in Czechia, Poland and Italy.
Currently I am based in Puszczykowo, Poland where I do my life's work at my quiet studio surrounded by a large, thick forest.
About my work
I want my paintings to have a strong impact on the viewer by capturing colourful, intriguing and mysterious stories. I explored artistic disciplines such as drawing, digital graphics, interior design and photography before turning to painting, and now focus on composing works influenced by the aesthetics of pop art and street art. I infuse my paintings with a melange of people, cities, travel, music and movies, and combines icons, lettering, metaphors and intense colours to achieve an overall vibrant aesthetic.
